Support Group dinner and meeting for individuals that have experienced a stroke, brain injury, amputation, dementia or Parkinson’s disease. Current and former patients, family members are encouraged to attend. There is no fee to attend, but please RSVP so we can plan appropriately. Event held at Select Rehabilitation Hospital of Denton.
