Chief Executive Officer

Greg Parrett

Chief Executive Officer of Select Medical Rehabilitation Hospital at Lutheran Hospital, Greg Parrett.

Greg Parrett is the chief executive officer for Select Medical Rehabilitation Hospital at Lutheran Hospital. In this role since 2024, Greg is responsible for the overall management of the hospital from quality care to program development. Additionally, Greg ensures the hospital meets all standards for certification and licensure while remaining in compliance with current laws and regulations.

Before taking on the role of chief executive officer, Greg served as the director of rehabilitation. Here he gained experience driving the organization to quality outcomes, prioritizing exceptional patient care and eliciting a high level of employee engagement.

Prior to Select Medical Rehabilitation Hospital at Lutheran Hospital, Greg served as director of therapy at the Rehab Hospital of Fort Wayne. During that time, he developed a Joint Commission-certified stroke program and facilitated the acquisition of cutting-edge rehabilitation technology.

Greg has over two decades of health care experience with nearly 14 years in various leadership roles. He brings a wealth of front line expertise, innovative leadership and a proven track record of enhanced patient care and organizational growth to his new role.
