Jill Scudder, BSN

Jill Scudder, BSN, serves as director of quality management and oversees safety standards, regulatory compliance and caliber of care provided in order to provide a safe, secure workplace and healing space for staff and patients.

Prior to her current position, Jill worked as a quality coordinator and risk manager at a local hospital. She has worked in case management/utilization review, as well as in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility as a floor nurse and later as director of nursing. Her extensive nursing background includes work as a trauma-certified RN in several emergency departments as well as four years as a nursing assistant.

Jill received her Associate Degree in Nursing from Rhodes State College and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University.
