LeeAnn Elliott, CRRN, MSN, CNO

Lee Ann Elliott, CRRN, MSN, is chief nursing officer at Select Rehabilitation Hospital of Denton. She supervises a diverse team of registered nurses and rehabilitation technicians and oversees respiratory and radiology services.

A nursing vet of more than 35 years, including 11 in the U.S. Air Force, she is a certified rehabilitation nurse with experience in a variety of settings. Prior to joining Select Rehabilitation Hospital of Denton in 2008, she worked as chief clinical officer at Kindred Healthcare.

Lee Ann earned master’s and bachelor’s degrees in nursing from the University of Texas Arlington and Ball State University, respectively. She is a member of the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses and American Association of Neurological Nurses.
