Reysa Richardson, R.N., DBD

Reysa Richardson, R.N., has been the director of business development for Select Rehabilitation Hospital of Denton since 2020. She supervises a team of clinical liaisons and admission coordinators, providing oversight of the pre-admission process and educating team members and referral sources about clinical programs and capabilities as well as clinical outcomes. Reysa also manages relationships with physicians, case managers, payers and other key referral sources.

A 12-year veteran of Select Rehabilitation Hospital of Denton, she previously served as its senior clinical liaison, case manager and charge nurse. Earlier, Reysa served as a charge nurse on the surgical floor at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital of Denton for three years and as a house supervisor at Integrity Transitional Hospital in Denton for one year.

Reysa earned an associate degree in nursing from North Central Texas College and is completing a bachelor’s in nursing at The University of Texas at Arlington.
